Every item for sale shown on the site is created and designed by Ivoys Art (we, us, our, Ivoys, Ivoys Art Ltd).
Order is placed connecting it directly to a legal transaction of a purchase meaning that a customer is making a purchase of a Ivoys Art product.
The date of the purchase and the counting time for delivery is the date the payment is received by Ivoys Art by 100%. We aim to deliver the items in 2 weeks to your home/work address. It may take a bit longer due to customs and other situations beyond Ivoys Art control. Customs duty and import charges are something you may have to pay depending on your country of residence. The customer receives shipping info and tracking number when this is available.
Going into a legal deal-transaction with Ivoys Art means you have accepted terms and conditions. Ivoys Art reserves the right to not enter into a legal obligation-transaction with a customer at its own discretion.

When the customer makes a purchase from Ivoys Art the customer accepts the product described in words, shown on the pictures and videos provided by Ivoys Art.
IvoysArt products are one-of-a-kind handcrafted pieces. Each product has its own unique look and features which are impossible to replicate identically from piece to piece due to the human factor of finest craftsmanship. Many materials used can be different in colors from one another. All materials can be affected by light, heat, humidity, and other natural factors, this being said the products may be damaged or change in a way – colors, shapes, etc. Ivoys Art shall not have any liability for such reactions and the whole preservation of the products bought from Ivoys Art are the responsibility of the buyer-customer.
All prices exclude additional VAT, shipping costs-outside of standard delivery, and other fees that may be applicable. Shipping is made from Europe. Delivery within the EU is usually 1 week. International delivery to the USA and other places is around 2 weeks. All deliveries may be delayed more than expected due to the complicity of the world’s health situation and other factors that may be unavoidable. Ivoys Art strives to be accurate all the time and deliver all goods as soon as possible. Every delivery includes the whole process – delivery to address and placing the item wherever the customer wants, unpacking, and removal of the shipping box. The original packaging must be kept as well during a warranty claim. The customer needs to show evidence by taking pictures and/or videos of the damage including written detailed information. The customer must perform a check of the delivered item prior to delivery and notify the carrier immediately if any damages are discovered by the customer. Ivoys Art warranty can be used if the customer finds an issue with the item within 48 hours after receiving the purchase, passing this period, Ivoys Art reserves the right to not take any responsibility regarding warranty claims received. Ivoys Art will always be available for a video conference to provide assistance and any additional information about the product.
VIP delivery – personal delivery to anywhere in the world from Ivoys himself. Ivoys delivers personally the purchased product to the customer, making sure everything goes flawless.
VIP delivery also includes several hours of assisting, connecting, installing the item, giving additional information, and showing all the possibilities using it. Ivoys is more than happy to meet all the customers in person.
Both VIP and standard delivered items are put in special boxes made from wood and other strong materials to minimize the possibility of damage while transporting the goods.
The customer is receiving the ownership and responsibility of the product when it is taken in possession by the shipping carrier.
Ivoys Art may use any or all information about a bought-purchased item wherever it fits the needs, this includes also photos and videos. Ivoys Art VIP – rights are exclusive rights for a product, meaning the customer is able to buy the design of a given product and in this way stop any replication of this exact product. This way a customer is able to have something that no one else in the world can have if he is the first one to buy the item. In this case, the customer receives a special document/certificate about Ivoys Art VIP-rights which is valid for life for the item bought.
Customers may cancel any order within 48 hours after full payment is made.
Ivoys Art shall not be liable or responsible in any way if there are abnormal circumstances like war, terrorism, union-continents-countries conflicts, strikes, sickness, etc. which may force Ivoys Art to not keep any deadlines and not be able to provide the expected service.
Ivoys Art reserves the right to make changes to specifications, prices, and any other information related to all products without prior notice. Ivoys Art reserves the right to change all or any terms and conditions.
