You receive an invoice after your online purchase with all the details.

We are shipping the item as soon as the payment is received and aim to deliver the items in 2 weeks (worldwide) to your home/company address. 

It may take a bit longer due to customs and other situations beyond Ivoys Art control.

Internationally it is around 3000-4000 USD delivered where you want it to be. Local pickup is free.  Customs duty charges and other import fees are something you may have to pay depending on your country of residence. 

If this is applicable to you, as the recipient, you’ll need to pay these directly to the courier to release your order from customs upon arrival. The items ship from Europe.

We use different transportation and moving companies depending on the area. Upon delivery the item is being placed where you would want it. 

You don’t have to think about hiring additional staff for this (often really heavy) work. Many of the items weigh over 600 lbs.
